Premium Comfort Cycle
These cycles are our most popular hire fleet items and are either mountain bike or hybrid in style . We've selected only quality brands like Giant and Mongoose and these bikes
have light aluminium frames, front suspension, powerful 'V' or disc brakes and all purpose tyres. They feature comfortable ride positions and most importantly a plush saddle!
Tandem bikes
As the name suggests, these are bicycles made for two Great fun on our forest trails and are the test of any relationship! They provide something different for your day out and feature aluminium frames, powerful brakes and comfy saddles. All our tandems have low back frames, ideal for a passenger above 4 ft in height and also for guiding a less able companion.
24" wheel childs cycle
A cycle suitable for children aged 7 to 11 years approx. Again we always use quality lightweight childrens cycles from Giant, Mongoose and Dawes and all feature easy to use gears and smooth but powerful brakes. This type of bike is the last step before a small adult cycle.
20" wheel childs cycle
A cycle suitable for children aged 4 to 7 years approx. Ideal as long as your child does not need stabilisers, our 20's are light and easy to handle with a minimum of gears and smooth but powerful brakes.
Tag a long
A simple single wheel device that is towed by an adult. This allows a child aged 3 to 7 years of age to accompany an older rider and enjoy a ride of any length without necessarily needing the balance required on a bike of their own - the adult provides that. Your child can however help you up those hills by pedalling, but can freewheel when they need a rest! Must be hired with an adult cycle.
Child Seat
An attachment that clips onto an adult cycle, behind the rider and provides a seat for a young child from 9 months to 5 years approx. We only use top quality Co - Pilot child seats that secure to a strong pannier type rack and we believe they are the safest on the market. Must be hired with an adult cycle.
Trailer
This is a comfy buggy style item that allows you to tow two children up to around 4 years old each, or one baby secured in their own car seat. We only use the famous Burley Bee top quality trailers, which are extremely light and have two layer covers to make them fully weatherproof if required. Must be hired with an adult cycle .
